Service Description

Over this 5 week course you will learn both Indian and Swedish massage strokes. You will be taught an amazing tummy and colic routine, supporting baby’s immature digestive symptom. This is a very friendly and completely baby led class. Cakes and refreshments are served in class, and the second half of the class is all about nurturing the parents. It is a safe space to talk and share your parenting journey with others. We finish each class with a relaxing guided meditation, so that both you and baby go home feeling relaxed and refreshed.
