Service Description

The Nurturing Mamma and Baby Circle is a group to help support new mothers and their babies. Coming together each week in a non judgemental safe space. Share your parenting journey with other new mums, make friends, relax in this calming space. Talk about any worries or concerns you have, such as feeding, sleep, birth trauma, the topics that come up are endless and whatever you need to talk about, you know you will be supported by the group. Mums say that they leave each week feeling so relaxed. We do a guided meditation at the end of the session to help you relax.
