Service Description

Over the 5 weeks you will learn both Indian and Swedish massage strokes. You will be taught an amazing tummy & colic routine, helping support baby’s digestive system, relieving the discomfort of colic, wind & constipation. You will be shown how to give your baby a full body massage over the course of the 5 weeks. This is a very friendly, relaxed baby led class. Cakes & refreshments are served in class, the second half of the class is all about nurturing the parents, a space to relax and share your parenting journey with others.
