Terms and Conditions

Bookings

The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course or workshop to confirm a place. Booking forms must be completed by the parent/carer at the time of booking a course with Fledgling Love and emailed with the signed terms and conditions before the start of the course. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis. Payments are made via bank transfer.

Cancellation

If you cancel a pre-booked course or workshop within 15 days or more of the course date, notice must be given in writing to qualify for a refund.

Cancellation within 14 days of the course date or withdrawing during a course is classed as a cancellation and no refund will be given for the remaining classes. Where possible you will be offered an alternative class.

Fledgling Love is unable to offer a refund in the event of adverse conditions such as bad weather which prevent you from attending your normal class if it is running.

Fledgling Love reserves the right to cancel the course/workshop if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. In the event of cancellation being made by Fledgling Love a full refund will be given.

Absence Due To Sickness

Refunds/discounts are not given for sessions missed within a course due to sickness. We can however arrange for you to attend the next available course that has spaces, so that you can catch up on missed classes.

Medical Conditions and Allergies

Please inform Fledgling Love of any medical conditions or allergies which your child may suffer from. This information will be treated confidentially. Please inform us of any changes to your child’s health once the course has started.

Please do not bring your child to class if they:

  • Had a fever in the last 24 hours.

  • Had vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours.

  • Have heavy nasal discharge.

  • Have conjunctivitis.

  • Have symptoms of a possible communicable disease such as

  • Chicken Pox

  • Covid 19

  • German measles

  • Hand, foot, and mouth disease.

  • Impetigo

  • Norovirus

  • Scarlett Fever

  • Whooping Cough

If you have any concerns regarding your child’s health, please seek medical advice before bringing them to class.

Photographs

Photographs will only be taken of you and your baby if you have signed the consent agreement at the time of booking. Any photographs taken in the classes will be used for advertising and marketing purposes only.

Parents are permitted to take photographs of their child but only their child during classes, with the consent of other parents.

Other

Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. I reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.

Covid-19 Guidelines

  • If you have symptoms of Coronavirus such as a high temperature, coughing or feeling unwell please DO NOT attend classes/workshops.

  • Mats will be placed at a 2-metre distance.

  • Face mats will be worn when entering the building until you are stationary on your mat. If you need to move around the room or leave the room, please wear your facemask.

  • There will be hand sanitiser available as you enter the building and hand sanitiser will be available to use during and after the class/workshop.

  • Social distancing and smaller group sizes will be in place.

  • Fledgling Love will sanitise all equipment before and after every class.

  • Tea/coffee/water and snacks will be served by Bernadette and sanitiser and a face visor will be used.

  • In the event face to face classes have to be cancelled, a refund will not be issued, and you will be given optional online course/sessions.
