Service Description

Over the 5 weeks you will learn both Indian and Swedish massage strokes. You will be taught an amazing tummy and colic routine, helping support baby’s digestive system, relieving the discomfort of colic, wind and constipation. You will be shown how to give your baby a full body massage over the course of the 5 weeks. This is a very friendly, relaxed baby led class. Cakes and refreshments are served in class, the second half of the class is all about nurturing the parents, a space to relax and share your parenting journey with others.
