Service Description

This is a group to support you on your mothering journey. Coming together each week in a non judgemental, safe space. Share your parenting journey with other new mums, make new friends, relax in this calming space, This is a space to talk about any worries or concerns you may have such as sleeping, feeding, birth trauma, babies development, the topics that come up are varied and whatever you need to talk about, you know that you will be supported by the group. Mums say that this group is the highlight of their week, they leave feeling so much lighter and relaxed and have made some lovely new mummy friends.. We finish each session with a guided mediation, to help you feel relaxed for the week ahead. Biscuits and refreshments are served during class.
