Mini Massage & Baby Yoga

Service Description

A lovely introduction to baby massage and baby yoga with different strokes and songs each week. We combine the massage with some lovely baby yoga stretches to help strengthen babies core, aiding with rolling, sitting and walking. This is a lovely relaxed and fun class to share with your baby. At the end of the session we have some sensory toys for baby to explore. While baby plays you can sit and enjoy a cuppa and biscuits and have a chat with the other mums/dads in the group.
