Mini Massage & Baby Yoga

Service Description

A lovely introduction to baby massage and baby yoga with different massage strokes and baby yoga moments and songs each week. We combine the massage with some lovely baby yoga stretches to help strengthen baby’s cor, aiding with rolling, sitting and walking. This is a love,y fun relaxed class to share with baby. At the end of the session we have some sensory play with toys for baby to explore. While baby plays you can sit and enjoy a cuppa and biscuits and chat with the other parents in the group.
