One to One Hypnobirthing Course

Service Description

This bespoke course will take place over 2 weeks, giving you the information and guidance to have a positive birthing experience. Hypnobirthing is a technique that gives you the tools you need to be in control of your body, when giving birth. You will be taught all about birth, we will bust the myths surrounding birth and those subconscious thoughts that you will will have picked up throughout your life. Both you and your birthing partner will be given the information that you need to make informed decisions about your birth as we look at all aspects of birth, so that even if things don’t go exactly as planned you can still have a positive birthing experience. This bespoke Hypnobirthing class will allow both you and your birthing partner to broaden your knowledge surrounding birth and the positive impact that can be achieved by training your mind to think positively. You will also receive a free session giving you information on breastfeeding and what to expect in those first few days after baby’s birth. You also receive free access to the bumps and baby’s mummy circle.
